About Nicky
Nicky has been a complementary therapist for 20 years and is dedicated to the holistic approach in rebalancing the whole person. Nicky is an associate member of the KA Kineseoligy Association and has also practiced massage therapies, reflexology, reiki, crystal healing, baby massage and baby reflexology.
Kinesiology
Kinesiology uses a gentle technique which tests a clients muscles responses on the arms and legs, while they lie on a couch fully clothed. Nicky does not diagnose or treat any condition, but she helps the body to rebalance itself. Nicky and the client do this together, looking at food sensitivities, emotional imbalances, nutritional deficiencies and any physical and/or energetic corrections. This may include rebalancing techniques on the neuro-lymphatic and neuro-vascular points, meridian energy blocks, acupressure points, Bach flower remedies and affirmations for addressing emotional imbalances, supplements and other lifestyle changes.
