Counselling – Trudi Bean (MBACP)
Having worked with young people, young adults and their families for many years Trudi decided to train as a counsellor spending 4 years doing so. Trudi is very caring and is hoping to further her skills this year by extending her knowledge at Master’s level. Everybody’s experiences are different and by drawing from a wide range of therapeutic models she tailors your theraphy to fit your needs. Trudi is a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and adheres to their ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotheraphy.
Trudi is currently training to work with those experiencing complex trauma.

What can I expect when I see a Counsellor?
Making the decision to come for Counselling can sometimes be difficult to do, but Trudi is here to guide you safely through this process. She offers a safe, comfortable, empathetic, and non-judgemental environment in which to explore your emotions, and to help you to understand what is happening for you.
Trudi offers a free 30 minute consultation where we can talk through your experiences and decide if counselling is right for you at this time and whether she is the right counsellor for you.
