In the 1970’s I worked in the Health Food Trade. This inspired me to learn as much as possible in regard to maintaining health and well-being. During this process of seeking to know more, I discovered the therapy called Kinesiology. I was inspired by the potential of this incredible process to help people on so many levels. By 1980 I was training as a Kinesiologist with The Association of Systematic Kinesiology ( T.A.S.K. ) and I subsequently developed a busy practice in Sevenoaks, Kent. Now 36 years later, I still appreciate and love using this tool, and my greatest joy is when I see positive changes and increased well-being occur for people.
What to expect during your consultation
We will discuss the reasons for you coming to see me and the result you are looking for. To help me gain insight into your problem we may talk about other factors in your life that might have relevance.
The majority of a session is taken up with the therapy’s testing procedures, in order to ascertain the triggers behind any problems. This is a gentle process, and it enables the client to see the way any muscle will change its response when imbalances on any level are discovered. Some of this time may be spent in physical rebalancing and corrective techniques.
Finally, I will discuss in detail the findings from the testing process and then make suggestions based on this information to facilitate the changes that are desired.
